He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence H. Martin and Ollie S. Martin; his son Stephen Martin; and his siblings, John, James Martin and Doris Lambert.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lynn Martin; his siblings, Velma Clonch, Karen Leach (Jim), Bill (Aida Mae), Larry (Linda) and Bobby Martin; his sons, Commodore Anthony Martin (Cathy), Timothy Martin (Tammy) and Eric Martin (Jamie); his stepson John Cartwright; and his son Derek Chaffin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Marshall Foundation or The Ohio State University School of Veterinary Medicine.
