He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Blake and Georgia Blake (Church); his wife Sharon Crow Blake; and his siblings, Richard, Loye Blake, Janice Blake and Roselee Kimberly.
He is survived by : his children, Jim Blake (April) of Moundsville, Joey Blake (Christen) of Moundsville and Joyce Rulong (Kraig) of Proctor, W. V.; his siblings, Erma Gray (Don) and Larry Blake (Theresa) of Moundsville; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Melissa, Jacob Rulong, Dalton, Kaylee, Cassidy and Kelsey Blake. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
