He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert L. Hardesty and Evelyn Shenefield Hardesty; his cousin Janet Tatterson Price; and his son James Robert Hardesty. He is survived by : his wife Sharon Puckett Hardesty of Glasgow; his daughter Teresa McSweeney (Tim) of Huntington; his grandchildren, Banyan Kole Hardesty of Hurricane, Kayla, Lacy and Emily McSweeney of Huntington; and his sister-in-law Vicki Acord of Hugheston. He is also survived by cousins and countless family and friends.
