Barker (Sharon, West Virginia), born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on January 23, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Barker and Opal George Barker. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Bibb Barker; his sons, Robert Barker, Sr. (Becky) of Vienna, Richard Barker (Jennifer) of Walker, Sean Morton (JoAnn) of Cincinnati, Bret Morton (Dena) of Marietta and Chris Morton (Carla) of Parkersburg; and his siblings, Shirley Martin of Parkersburg, Naomi Messer of Panama City, FL and Roger Barker (Patsy) of Walker. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
