It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Curtis Snyder of Shenandoah Junction, West Virginia, born in Moorefield, West Virginia, who passed away on November 22, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvie Curtis and Lillian Snyder; his daughter Carol L. Snyder; his wife Phyllis Carpenter Snyder; and his siblings, Hazel, Wanda Lee, Velma, Anna, Helen, Albert, Mervin and Harold.
He is survived by: his siblings, Arvella (Carl Barr) of Shepherdstown and Wayne (Trish Snyder) of Inwood; his children, Rick (Lisa) of Shenandoah Junction, John (Colleen) of Charles Town and Lynn Turner of Charles Town; his grandchildren, Jennifer Kirkland (Daniel), Kyle Tennant (Marissa), Quinn Clark (Jeny), Matthew Tennant, Danielle Snyder, McKenzie Turner and Mallory Snyder; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Hadley, Zachary and Decker.
Friends and family will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
