He is survived by: his wife Janet Lee Armstrong; his children, Jon Martin Armstrong (Julia) of Spring Hill, Ricky Lee Armstrong (Francine) of Wake Forest, Orton Carl Armstrong (Susan) of Vienna and Connie Jo Bonner (Leo) of Shenandoah Junction; his grandchildren, Randy Armstrong, Anthony Armstrong, Erin Thorpe, Morgan Haught, Julius Bonner and Katherine Bonner; and his great grandchildren, Asher, London, Kennedy, Reese, Lennon Armstrong and Simon Thorpe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
