He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Ira Breeden, Sr. and Bessie Breeden (Frick); and his sister Judy Housden. He is survived by: his son Woody; his wife Mary Conley Breeden; his sons, Elwood Ira Breeden (Julie) of Shenandoah Junction and Andrew Scott Breeden (Alyson) of Shenandoah Junction; his grandchildren, Colton, Ashlynn and Lillianna; and his sisters, Kitty Hoyle of Martinsburg, Bessie L. Housden of Fairfax, Virginia, Kathryn Newcomb (James) of Charles Town, Margaret Housden (David) of Shenandoah Junction, Diane Buis (John) of Lakeland and Terry Breeden Iddings of Charles Town. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
