He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Ann Turner Dillow; and his brother Samuel Dillow. He is survived by: his parents, Elwood Samuel Dillow Sr. and Hallie Virginia Dillow (Dillow); and his sister Dorothy M. Hoffmaster (Larry) of Ranson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
