With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hulda Soper McLachlen (Shenandoah Junction, West Virginia), born in Carthage, New York, who passed away on June 27, 2019 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Watkins; her parents, Leola Soper and Jay Soper of Malone; her son Richard Watkins of Walland; and her siblings, Hap and Lois.

She is survived by: her daughter Linda Green (Frank) of Shenandoah Junction. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
