He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Clay Chambers and Elsie Frances Coffinbarger Chambers; and his brother Donald C. Chambers. He is survived by: his wife Mae Eileen Catrow Chambers; his children, Kevin T. Chambers (Deana), Sherry E. Chambers and Cathy C. Lee (Mike); his grandchildren, Calvin Lee and Madison Chambers; and his sister Viola V. Dopson. He is also survived by sister and brother in-laws; and several nieces and nephews.
