She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Michael Rietkovich and Mary Rietkovich; her uncle Martin Rietkovich; her husband Barry Locke; her sons, Ronnie Vincent II (Rhonda) of Bridgeport, WV and Michael Vincent (Cassia) of Akron, OH; her grandchildren, Alec Vincent, Morgan Vincent, Madison Vincent, Emily Vincent and Ashton Urling; her daughters-in-law, Ann Urling and Christa Currey; her brother-in-law Robert Vincent; her grandson Bronson; her cousin Susie Dayton (Barbara Heldreth); and also Bertha. She was also cherished by her nieces, nephews and great nieces.
