He is survived by: his mother Melinda Smith; his sons, David Isaiah Smith and Isaac Hunter Smith of Hepzibah; his stepbrother Rickie Carothers (Michelle) of Lumberport; his sisters, Leann Carothers of Wyatt and Candi Blake of Gypsy; and his nephews, Cameron Parks, Chase Parks, Marcus Blake, Zane Blake, Felix Blake and Xavier Blake. He is also survived by his boys and nephews.
