She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Blare and Hattie Jett Blare; and her siblings, Challens Blare, Lewis Jr. Blare, Earl Blare and Mary Blare (Donald Sines).

She is survived by: her siblings, Anna Jean Zirkle, Emma Deem (Daryl), Norma Thompson, Robert Blare (Judy), Lindsey Blare (Viola) and Clifford Blare (Sarah); and her niece Mary Kuhens (Rusty). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
