With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy L. Hendren Toquinto Holt of Shinnston, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 19, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Hendren and Mary Hendren; her brother Charles Hendren; and her siblings-in-law, Susan Jo Holt, Patricia Ann Holt, Leona Belle Holt, Janet Louise Holt, Robert Holt, William Edward Holt, Chester Raymond Holt, Charles Edwin Holt and Ronald Duane Holt.
She is survived by: her husband James Holt; her children, Melinda Toquinto Alonso of Clarksburg, Tim Toquinto of McConnellsville and Jeff Toquinto (Valerie) of Clarksburg; her grandchildren, Jordan Mitchell McGrath (Josh), Nina Alonso and Camron Surock; and her sister Pam Thompson (Charles) of Morgantown.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home (201 Edison St, Nutter Fort, WV 26301). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
