It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Hess of Shirley, West Virginia, born in Keyser, West Virginia, who passed away on March 25, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Kieffer Hess and Louise Hess (Welch); and his wife Shirley A. Hess (Parrill). He is survived by : his daughters, Bridgette A. Hess and Christine S. Hess; his granddaughter Brooke W. Marsh; and his nephew Larry W. Kruk, Jr..
