He was predeceased by : his parents, Lee Carl Fisher and Eloise Johnson-Burke; his wife Debra A. Fisher; his stepfather William Z. Burke; and his sister Linda Sledge.

He is survived by : his children, Brandii L. Hargarther (David), Ryan C. Fisher, Justin S. Fisher (Honey), Jamie N. Hall, Jessica L. Blizzard and Travis Snyder; his grandchildren, Brittany (Brandon), Kaitlyn, Kendrick, Ani, Tyler, Abby, Kayla, Dylan, Aubry, Ashlyn and Lydia; his great grandchildren, Bentley, Brynleigh and Bradley; and his sisters, Tracey Burke and Amy Metty. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
