She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesse Ray and Meredith Cobb; and her brother Howard Ray Cobb. She is survived by : her husband William Scott Butcher; her children, Tony Toler (Tammie), Kellie Jill Rogers (Robert) and Lori Toler; her pet Tobey; her stepdaughters, Crystal Haynes (Jeffrey), Andrea Butcher, Leslie Armour and Vickie Butcher; her grandchildren, Travis Goodwin, Hali Goodwin, Brendon Toler, Matthew Toler and Christine Toler; her great grandchildren, Liam Goodwin, Weston Mulcahy, Nathaniel Toler and Baby Tatum Tyler; and her siblings, Dale Cobb (Donna), Janice Slusher and Cindy Cobb. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
