Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carmen Silliman of Sistersville, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 83, on November 26, 2021. She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert "Doc" Grimm and Sadie Railing Grimm; and her sister Carolyn Welch. She is survived by : her husband Jerry Silliman; her children, Mike Silliman (Patricia) of St. Marys, WV, Sherry Dalrymple (Ed) of Sistersville, WV and Pam Simms (Bryan) of King George, VA; her grandchildren, Jasmine Howell (David), Sadie Silliman, Zoe Simms and Wesley Simms; her great grandchildren, Ellie and Grace Howell; and her brother Dan Grimm. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
