He was predeceased by : his father Earl Donald Cline, Sr.. He is survived by : his mother Flossie Collins Cline; his wife Sonjia Ayers Cline; his sons, Jesse Cline of Sistersville, WV, James Cline of Sistersville, WV and Joseph Cline of Sistersville, WV; and his sisters, Bertha Clay and Frances Cline. He is also survived by one niece and two nephews.
