We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2022, at the age of 92, Elsie Rustemeyer Cline of Sistersville, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Kehrer and Helen Good Kehrer; her former life partner Thomas E. Rustemeyer; her husband David Cline; and her children, David Rustemeyer and Pam Maki.

She is survived by : her children, Greg Rustemeyer of Sunbury, OH, Clay Rustemeyer (Deena) of Blairsville, GA and Patsy Gist (Tom) of Friendly, WV. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
