He is survived by : his wife Judy Billiter Smith; his daughter Michelle White (David) of Sistersville, WV; his grandchildren, Kaitlynn Barbarow (Ethan) and Madison White; and his great grandchildren, Curtis Foland, Keeyan Foland, Brennon Foland and Liam Barbarow.
