It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jean Brewer of Sistersville, West Virginia, who passed away on January 31, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Pearlie Phillips and Ida Lightner Phillips; and her husband Charles Brewer. She is survived by : her daughters, Penny Lough (Junior) of Sistersville, WV, Patty McCartney (David) of St. Mary's, WV, Doris Grant (Daniel) and Gale Grimm (Mike) of Sistersville, WV; and her sister Bonnie Stoneking (Jerry) of Sistersville, WV. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, seventeen great great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
