With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Jean Loudin of Sistersville, West Virginia, born in Middlebourne, West Virginia, who passed away on September 29, 2022 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by : her parents, James Edward and Frances Gilda Neese (Waters); her husband James Loren Loudin; and her son John Traggeser. She is survived by : her children, Daniel Loudin (Kimberly) of Sistersville, WV and Lori Smith (Kevin) of Greensburg, PA; her sister Jackie Weekley (Perry) of Middlebourne, WV; her grandchildren, Logan Loudin, Leah Loudin, Marc Welch and Malinda Schneider; and her great grandchild Alex Schneider.
