She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Hess and Hazel Hess. She is survived by : her husband Charles E. Fogle; and her children, Travis Fogle of Hanover, PA, Ginger Bond of Sykesville, MD, Joshua Fogle of Martinsburg, WV and Candi Fogle of Slanesville, WV. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
