He is survived by: his wife Alice "Sally" Jacobs (Swisher); his children, Sally Ann Fahey (John) of Fairmont, WV, Susan Wyckoff (Scott) of Smithburg, WV, Michael "Bozo" Swisher of Smithburg, WV, Jake Jacobs of San Francisco, CA and Kathy Longe of Smithburg, WV; his grandchildren, Kayla Turner, Jonna Mundell (Josh), Joshua Fahey (Jackie), Heather Wyckoff, Trace Swisher, Mariah Cutright (Josh) and Kelli Hamilton; his great grandchildren, Reese, Dakota, Dalon, Jameson, Caitlyn, Kylee, Laiken, Bryer and Braxton; his close friend Prince; and his sister Mary Bell of West Union, WV..
In accordance with CDC regulations, masks and social distancing will be required while inside the funeral home.
