He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Edward Reichard and Lellia Rose Reichard; and his siblings, Gary Reichard, Edward Reichard, Stewart Reichard and Nancy Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Frances; his sons, Rodney Toney (Jennifer) of Dothan and Justin Toney of Strange Creek; his sisters, Jewell Bragg (Jon) of Pluto and Brenda Armstrong of Beckley; his grandchildren, Amber Hudson (Eric), Tristan Toney, Sarah, Kaleb Toney and Jeremiah Toney; and his great grandchild Savanah Hudson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
