He is survived by: his father Frank James Owens Sr.; and his siblings, Debbie Owens Hatfield (Jackie) of Welch, Kenny Owens of Beckley and Carl E. Owens (Tracy) of Savannah, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts uncles and cousins.
