He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ira Leach and Sylvia Pearl Carpenter; and his uncles, John Paul Leach and Anthony Leach. He is survived by: his son Travis Leach; his parents, Don Wayne Sr. and Kim Leach; his sister Tonya Leach; and his grandmother Betty Faith Slawter. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
