He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Rastle and Patricia Umberger. He is survived by: his wife Marianne Kilburn Rastle of Tad; and his siblings, Lucretia Bledsoe (Charles) of Elkview and David Rastle (Sue) of Martin Hollow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
