We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2021, at the age of 88, Winsel Eugene Elliott of Taplin, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Elliott and Nellie Price Elliott; his parents-in-law, Rev. Pat and Helen Heatherman; his children, Michael Patrick Elliott and Barbara Elliott Thompson; his brother Wiley Elliott; and his sister-in-law Gladys Elliott of Lyburn.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Katherine Heatherman Elliott of Taplin; his children, Debra Lynn Maynard (Danny) of Mallory, Sherry Lynn Justice (Norman) of Davin, Lydia Deann Deel (James) of Accoville and Robert Paul Elliott (Connie) of Accoville; and his sisters, Wanda Lou Williams of Robinette and Willa Jean Collins of Davin. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends.
