With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phobeia Maxine Hall Vincell of Twin Branch, West Virginia, born in War, West Virginia, who passed away on December 23, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Hall and Clarenda Justice Hall; her husband Charles Edward Vincell Jr.; her sisters, Patsy Hall and Lucindia Hall Church; and her son-in-law Jimmy Christian.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Ray Vincell (Christine) and Lula Faye Christian of Marytown, WV; her granddaughters, Joni Christian (JR Blankenship) of Roderfield, WV, Julie Sizemore (Richard) of Welch, WV and Hannah Smallwood; and her great grandchildren, Levi, Lea Lambert, Ethan, Cameron Blankenship and Brayden Smallwood. She is also survived by Twin Branch, WV; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced.
