Crum of Union, WV; her children, Bud K. Samples (Bridget) of Beaufort, NC and Angela Bucek (Brian) of North Chesterfield, VA; her grandchildren, Tori Jennings, Nick Duran, Parker Samples, Andrew Bucek and Benjamin Bucek; her great grandchildren, Gaden Jennings, Elise Jennings and Greyson Duran; her brother John Blisard (Pat) of Elkview, WV; her sister-in-law Nellie F. Greene of Ripley, WV; and her nephews, Jamie Ruble of Ripley, WV and John "Jake" Blisard.
