We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2021, at the age of 85, Howard Gail Carroll (Union, West Virginia) passed away. He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert Carroll and Hazel Ash Carroll; and his wife Bernice Louise Carroll. He is survived by : his children, Gale Lynn Gainer (Paul), Howard Gregory Carroll, Sherwood, Jeffrey Allen Carroll (Karen) and William Bradley Carroll (Vivian); and his grandchildren, Robbie Carroll, Brittney Lipscomb, Bethany Roberts, Leah Carroll, Kristy Swiger, Heather Gum and Caitlin Wilt. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.

In keeping with CDC guidelines mask must be worn and social distancing must be practiced.
