He is survived by : his mother Carolyn Mann of Union, WV; his wife Mary Ann Mann of Union, WV; his son James Mann of Union, WV; his stepson Nick Wygal (Kaylee Bailee) of Princeton, WV; his daughters, Katie Mann (Michael Mortz) of Union, WV and Amy Garland (Vence Christian) of Lindside, WV; his stepgrandson Colton Wygal of Princeton, WV; and his sister Betty Feury (Mark) of Ronceverte, WV. He is also survived by several cousins, and a niece and nephew.
