She was predeceased by : her parents, Basil Wilson and Velma Martin Wilson; and her brothers, Jim and Bob Wilson. She is survived by : her husband Wayne Carter of Union, WV; her son Tim Carter (Patty) of Matthews, NC; and her grandchildren, Ashley Duemmler (Kai) of Raleigh, NC and Morgan Carter of Matthews, NC. She is also survived by several nephews and cousins.
