He is survived by : his wife Deloris Jane Carroll Thompson; his children, Sarah Collins, Clark Thompson (Missy Thompson) of Carrollton, GA, Diana Frame (Stefan) of Mariette, GA and Tammy Satterfield (John); his grandchildren, Christina Dotson, Justin Thompson, Chris Meals, Kaylee Thompson, Kylie Thompson, Katrina Drake, Camden Frame, Kaitlyn Frame, Chris Satterfield, Cierra Satterfield, Kyle Satterfield and Kamryn Satterfield; and his siblings, Charlotte Sheets (John Watertown), Jimmy Thompson, John Thompson of Louisville, KY, David Thompson (Karen) and Grove. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
