He is survived by: his mother Dixie Kirby Miller of Union, WV; his son Louis Morgan (Ashley Hart) of Vinton, VA; his siblings, Stan Morgan of Vinton, VA and Kathy Patton of Vinton, VA; his nephew Joe Patton of Vinton, VA; his great-nephew Keagan Patton of Vinton, VA; his stepsons, Adam and Ben Phillips; and his friend Donna O'Neil.
The Family suggests memorial donations be made in Scott's memory to the Groves-Mann Funeral Home P.O. Box 212 Union, WV 24983 to assist in his final expenses.
