She is survived by : her children, Beverly S. Ittenbach, Carson and Mallie C. Spurlin III (Donna); her stepchildren, Deborah E. Mohler and Donald Mohler; and her sisters, Lona Alice Cade (Clyde) and Loretta Gaye Hawn (Charles).
