He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Vinson (Steven) of Leland, NC and Ashley Keener (Richard) of Whitman, WV; his siblings, Susan McCloud of Mt. Gay, Billy Bryant of Harts and Hillard Bryant of Chapmanville; and his grandchildren, Adam Keith Elliot, Jacob Tyler Elliott, Elijah Lee Keener, Cody Vinson (Sarah) and Corey Vinson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
