He was predeceased by : his parents, Jesse T. Williams and Mary Coel (Hendricks); his wife Rose Mary Smith Williams; his siblings, Thomas "Junior" Williams, Robert Williams, Kenneth Williams, Florence "Sis" Baker and Carolyn Buckley; and his sister-in-law Patricia Williams (Howell).
He is survived by : his sons, Douglas Williams (Melody Phillips) of Williamstown, WV and Gregory Williams (Donna Meredith) of Parkersburg, WV; his brothers, Charles Williams (Phyllis) of Parkersburg, WV and Russell Williams (Flora) of Parkersburg, WV; his sister-in-law Virginia Williams of Jackson; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth DeQuasie (Mark) of Parkersburg, WV and Brandon (Natalia Marzejon). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Leavitt Funeral Services and Crematory - Parkersburg (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at the Sunset Memory Gardens (1934 Dupont Rd, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
