He is survived by: his children, Theresa Hager (Luke) of Phelps, KY, Marisha Hunt (Ben) of Stopover, KY and Jason Mounts of Puryear, TN; his siblings, Sandra Karlie (Ed) of Lexington, KY, Sharon Wesley of Lexington, KY, Penny Michalak (Bob) of Elpaso, TX, Deborah Casey (Brad) of Kimper, KY, Mitzie Dotson (Billy) of Majestic, KY, Melody Blankenship (William "Bill") of Majestic, KY, Marsha Leedy (Kevin) of Majestic, KY and Eddie Mounts (Katha) of Vulcan, WV; his grandchildren, Breana Basham (Joey), Makayla Hunt, Natasha Thomas (Ralph), Tiffiney Working (William) and Cantessa Anderson (Kurt); his great grandchildren, Hayden Thomas and Nadia Thomas; and his pet Todd. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
