She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles H. Phillips and Freda Haught Phillips; her brother Charles "Dale"; her sister-in-law Patty Phillips; her sister Shirley Jones; and her great-niece Kayla Decker.

She is survived by : her brother-in-law John W. Jones of Wadestown; her nephew Kevin Jones; her nieces, Karen Decker (Jim), Kathy Keener (Ronnie), Becky Phillips and Kristi Chisler (Kevin); her cousins, Larry, LuAnn Parker, Gordon and Mary Parker; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jonathan Decker, Zack, Alicia, Trent Keener, Tyler and Ashley Chisler.
