He was predeceased by: his parent James Howard Marsh Jr. of Weston. He is survived by: his parent Mary Louise Hurst Riffle of Weston; his spouse Carrie Sue Skidmore; his children, Travis Lee Riffle of Walkersville, Chuck Junior Riffle of Walkersville and Tabithia Sue Terry Riffle of Walkersville; his stepchildren, Amanda Taylor (Troy) of Cleveland, OH, Daisy Buckhannon (James Collins) of Cleveland, OH and Eric Skidmore of Cleveland, OH; his stepgrandchildren, Jakkson Matthew Collins, Haley Buckhannon and Alexis Howell; his siblings, Samantha Julie Marsh of Weston, Howard Peck Marsh (Angel Marple) of Weston and Steven Lee Riffle of Buckhannon; and his half-brothers, Jacob Marsh, Roy Lee Marsh, Jimmy Marsh of Weston and Kenny Marsh of Mt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made at the funeral home to assist the family with family expenses.
