He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lewis Mayo and Eulah May Mayo (Goldsmith); and his siblings, Billy Mayo and Robin Lattea. He is survived by: his siblings, Jimmy Mayo and Linda Mayo of Weston, WV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
