She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Fesi and Freda Shilling Fesi; her husband Clarence Clell Smarr of Walkersville, WV.; and her siblings, Nicholas Fesi, Jr. and Jenny Fesi Swider.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Mucci of Kansas City, MO and Clifford Smarr of Jane Lew, WV; her grandchildren, Joshua Mucci, Jennifer Murray and Megan Smarr; her great grandchildren, Audrey Murray, Lilah, Juliet and Nicholas Mucci; and her friend Helen Schmidt. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Little Sisters of the Poor.
