She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Jackson and May Adeline Donaldson Ables; her close friend Harry Rizer; and her sisters, Eva Rice and Ruth Ann Johnson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Russell of Weston, Donald of Weston, Edward Ables of Weston, Michael Ables of Lost Creek, Shirley Eplee, Mary Finster of Roanoke, Elsie Burkhammer of Orlando, Kim Ables of Orlando and Ellie Heath of Weston; and her close friend Cathy Rittenhouse.
In lieu of flowers, Peggy's family has requested donations be made to Pat Boyle Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
