He is survived by: his wife Mary "Kathy" Davis Chipps; his daughters, Rebecca Ann "Annie" Conrad of Pricetown, WV, Stephanie Nicole Chipps (Anthony Adkins) of Roanoke, WV and Kayla Lane Chipps of Pricetown, WV; his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Nathan Conrad, Taylor Conrad, Makenna Adkins, Isaac Kirker and Caleb Michael Beaton; and his siblings, David Chipps (Maxine) of Walkersville, WV, Charlie Chipps of Walkersville, WV, Wanda Chipps of Beckley, WV and Loretta Ashcraft (Randall) of Weston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
