He is survived by: his wife Melva Lou Hamner Teter of Walkersville; his children, Cecil Greg Teter of Walkersville, Timothy Harold Teter (Rebecca) of Gassaway and Heather Dawn Teter (Billy) of Gym, WV; his grandchildren, Nathan Teter, Ashley Nuzum and William Teter; his siblings, Dennis Teter of Berlin and Anna Lee Ellis of Aurora, OH; and his close friend Midnight Rose. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
