It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Newhouse (Walton, West Virginia), born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on February 23, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Newhouse; her parents, Daniel Rucker and Mattie Rucker; and her siblings, Juanita Rucker, Janet Waugh and Paul Rucker.
She is survived by: her son Richard; her brothers, Stanley Rucker and Charles Rucker; Hoss. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews who loved her as their own Mother.
