He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Tracie Jan Naylor; his parents, Okey Naylor and Virgie Myers Naylor; and his siblings, Gladys Naylor Osborne, Garnet Naylor Jordan, Agnes Naylor James, Paul Naylor, Gerald Naylor and Glen Naylor.
He is survived by: his wife Eula Elmore Naylor; his brother Ira Dallas Naylor, Sr. (Shirley); his sister-in-law Bobbie Naylor; his children, Kevin Naylor (Pamela) and Kelly Naylor (Vickie); his grandchildren, Sara Naylor and Bobby Frampton (Kristy); his great grandchildren, Hunter Frampton (Ashleigh), Shelton Frampton (Alexis) and Winston Frampton (Kaiya); and his sibling's children, Cheryl James Wilkinson (Bob), Carol Osborne Rose (Orville), Linda Naylor Cummings (Don), Neal Jordan (Mary) and Ira Dallas Naylor, Jr. (Jennifer).
